This policy explains how Maridatge d'Or handles the personal data you give us when booking a table or getting in touch.
Who the controller is

Who helps us process it
The platform we use to manage bookings and the menu is ServiaOS, [[ENCARREGAT]], acting as data processor. It only processes data on our instructions and has signed a processor agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
What we use the data for
- Managing your booking: confirming it, reminding you and telling you about any change.
- Contacting you if needed about something related to the booking.
- Meeting the legal obligations that apply to us.
On what legal basis
To manage the booking, performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For reminders and related messages, our legitimate interest in providing the service properly (Art. 6(1)(f)). If we ever ask your permission for another purpose, the basis will be your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for [[CONSERVACIO]] months from the date of the visit. After that it is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or hand over your data. Only the providers we need in order to run the service have access: ServiaOS as the platform, and its hosting and email providers, all within the European Union or with adequate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Write to [email protected] saying which right you want to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Do you have to give us the data?
The fields marked as required in the form are needed to manage the booking. If you do not provide them, we cannot confirm it.
